Wanted: Independent Contractors!!!

Hello,

Due to a recent influx of new client projects, I am seeking out one or two
new sub-contractors to work on some client projects. The types of projects
you would be working on range from straight-forward ASP.NET/WebService applications
to rather sophisticated WinForms applications.

The "right" person will:
- Have top-notch VB.NET and SQL skills
- Be able to write technical documentation, specs, etc.
- Be able to provide accurate estimates (and meet them)
- Be able to provide samples of prior work
- Be able to provide references with phone numbers
- Be willing to sign a confidentiality agreement
- Be available to start immediately
- Have experience working remotely
- Be available during normal US working hours via IM and Cell Phone
- NOT be looking for "moonlight" work (this is full-time)
