outlook tasks

I need to track many major projects (jobs), which will each typically have
more than one person working them, and there will be billing involved
(clients will be billed, as well as sub-contractors). Is Outlook Tasks a
good program to track each job, or should I use a different program, such as
MS Project, which I also have? I'd like to keep it simple, but I also need
to keep close tabs all the jobs. With Tasks, will I be able to see at a
glance who all is working on any given project at any time (in a graph or
something like that)? Thanks for your help! -Kelly

There're no graphs or sub-tasks available with Outlook tasks.
