Want to uninstall office xp pro

I want to uninstall office xp prof. because outlook keeps
giving me an error and access won't work right either.

Can I uninstall office xp prof. and then reinstall it
without losing any data in my office products?

Yes. Removing it only removes the program files, not your documents. You DO
back up your data regularly, right?
