Want to transfer xp from F:\ over to C:\

I installed xp on my F: drive and used dual boot with
windowsME to see if I wanted to keep it. I quess I do.
But now how can I transfer it without issues from Bill
Gates concerning piracy? I also have old programs in
ME that I want xp to imcorporate, I guess I will have
to reinstall all added since xp has been running. Any
ideas.

No offense but I dont understand what you want to do. You say you installed
XP on F to see if you wanted to keep WinME, which you stated you wanted to
keep. If thats the case then your machine is already configured the way you
want it to be. If you want a clean installation of XP, backup the install
on F and then clean install XP and restore the data, then you wont lose data
or applications.
