Want to Tack Pics to Desktop

Hi. I'm iso proggy to pin and move pics around desktop like post-it notes. I
tried a fw called Graffiti Desktop, but it transforms the pics into
psychedelic eye candy. I want to show them as they are, in full color.

You can do this using active desktop, although active desktop is stable only
in XP.
