Hi, does anyone know of a utility that will switch windows, just by passing
the mouse cursor over it, without having to click first?

Download TweakUI and look for the mouse settings. In the mouse settings
you will find the X-Mouse setting which will activate the feature you
are looking for.

When OS= Windows 2000, Windows NT, Windows Millennium Edition, Windows
98 or Windows 95.
