There are a few things you could do to prevent those virus/trojans/worms in
the first place. There are add-ins for Firefox - NoScript and AdBlock Plus
which will not allow ANY script to be run without your knowledge and
approval and will block Flash Ads from your viewing pleasure (unless you
really want to see ads).
