Want to delete downloaded programs but don't know how

Could someone please tell me how to delete these three programs I downloaded from the Internet

.. Kazaa Medi
.. Zone Alar
.. Instant Access

Start | Settings | Control Panel | Add or Remove Programs

Thank you Wes it did help, but I can't find where to delete "Instant Access"... not even sure how I got this program. Maybe it was attached to something else down the line.

Right click your Internet Explorer icon | Properties |
General tab | Settings button | View Objects button |
See if you can find Instant Access in there.
