I want to set up Outlook to only autoreply with Out of Office messages
when I'm referenced in the To or CC fields...
....but NOT when I'm in the BCC field.
The reason for this is that I've designated myself as the recipient of
a BCC whenever customers fill out a trouble report form on our web
site. I did that so I can see what tech support sees when (or before)
they see it so I can get a jump on the issue. But when I'm out of
office, Out of Office is _too_ helpful in that it sends an autoreply
directly to the customer and everyone else at tech support. That's bad
because now customers have a Tier III tech support email address (me)
and can do an end run around the Tier I folks. It's also bad because
now Tech support is getting my OOO replies...and they don't need any
more emails, even if it's just the one OOO reply.
