No Out of Office Auto-Reply to SPAM

How can I prevent the Out of office (OOO) auto-reply to reply to messages
with subject beginning by "SPAM"? I've tried a rule but it still issued the
OOO message...

My OOO has to be on for external contacts (so I can't block it this way)...

Is the SPAM addition being done at the client level by an anti-spam
software? Rules will never work as the server rules (Out of Office) will
always be applied first.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

Yes, the SPAM addition is being done by an anti-spam software on our company
server.
