How to create 2 lines in footer. First is 3 piece (L aligned, Center, R aligned), second line 2 piece - (L aligned and R aligned)?

Welcome to the forum :)

If you click on the 'Insert' tab on the ribbon, then go to the 'Footer' options, you have some default choices in a drop down list. the option you want is 'Blank (three columns)'

You can then enter text that is left-aligned, centre-aligned, and right-aligned. If you then hit return you can create a new line of text. Enter the left-aligned text then hit Tab twice to take you to the right-aligned column and enter your text.
