WAN installed itself

Hi All,

A WAN has installed itself (64.11.126.220/255.255.255.255). I worry that
this has my comp. zombied or something. Dial-up for the internet, vid cam
installed a LAN2. Where this Wan came from or what's it doing I don't know.
Win Xp Home OE6 IE6
Can't seem to turn it off with ZoneAlarm or anything.

Is it always there at boot up or just when you use your webcam or a program
like Netmeeting or something similar?

Its always there and in use. I turned on its firewall hoping that would
help.

If it turned up after using a Webcam, this happens for a lot of people.
