wallpaper while restart

every time i restart my computer and it asks me to choose "microsoft windows
xp professional" or "restore microsoft windows xp professional". a wallpaper
shows while restart if choose "microsoft windows xp professional". how can i
get rid of it?

This menu is displayed by the file C:\BOOT.INI
This is an ASCII (plain text) file that you can change as you wish.

It seems nonstandard to have only the choices START WINDOWS
and RESTORE WINDOWS. If you want to have SAFE MODE as
an option you can add at the end (in the [operating systems] group)

multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="WinXP Pro Safe Mode"
/noexecute=optin /fastdetect /safeboot:network /SOS /bootlog

The earlier section

[boot loader]
timeout=10

sets the time (in seconds) the menu displays. You can
make this longer or shorter as you prefer.

Select the Boot.ini tab.

Uncheck time to display......
