Wake On Lan will not work

I

IT Admin, Johnny

Hello,

Have Windows XP on several Dell Systems. Wake-On-LAN activated on these
systems. Using 'Magic Packet'.

These systems will still not turn on.

Tried doing it through the network, have even tried waking up through a
little hub. Nothing works.

Network Drivers are fine and up-to-date.

Any ideas?

Wake up on LAN/Modem needs to also be turned on in BIOS. If not, Windows
drivers will not help since there is no Windows running for the drivers to use.

some lan cards have a WOL wire that needs to run from the card to the
motherboard ...
