Wake on LAN/WAN

I'm looking for a small utility/script that will be able to wake my Media PC
on a home network remotely. Any tips/links appreciated. I've Googled but
could only find "Magic Packet" which worked initially, but no longer for
some reason. Thanks.

I am also looking for similar solution for XP Pro without getting into DOS
command and so on.

DSL Reports website has a page that will do this for you:

Just remember that if you are behind a firewall then you must open UDP port
