Wait to Send & Receive E-mail

I would like to have Outlook NOT automatically receive E-mail when I first
log into it. I prefer to open Outlook, then have no mail Received until I
press the SEND/RECEIVE button. Thanks.

Uncheck the option to have an automatic send/receive interval.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
