Bob Latini

Whenever I bring up my system there is a file that imbeds
itself in my system and causes a "task bar" to attach
itself to IE. I has things on it that are of no
consequence to me. I've tried to get rid of it but it
seems to duplicate itself when its been deleted. Can
anyone help me?
 
I have the same issue (3 days now). Is there a way to get rid of it?
