W3SVC service could not bind instance 1

Following is the event log detail which is continueouly occurring. which i think stops the Default Web Site (of IIS). on starting the Default Web Site mannualy, it deplays the error message "Unexpected error 0x8ffe2740 occurred" and it fails to start

You likely have some other software running that
has bound to port 80 already by the time IIS starts.
