IIS not starting

Hello,

I am running Win XP SP3 and I installled IIS. However after the installation
was completed, I could not start the webserver (WWW service). It keeps
returning with an error message "Unexpected error 0x8ffe2740 occured".
Please advise on how this issue can be resolved.

Hi,
Thanks. Found out another web server was already running on the system. I
just went back to services and turned-off the rival service. IIS is doing
just fine.
