I keep getting this report when I restart computer:

Event Type: Information
Event Source: W32Time
Event Category: None
Event ID: 35
Date: 11/10/2006
Time: 6:14:47 AM
User: N/A
Computer: PERSONAL
Description:
The time service is now synchronizing the system time with the time source
time.windows.com (ntp.m|0x1|10.0.0.1:123->207.46.130.100:123).

For more information, see Help and Support Center at
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

Based on what I know, my clock just synchronizes with some time, meaning I
can't set it the way I want it to be. Is there any way to take this out?

To do so, you'd need to Stop/Disable the Windows Time service.
Click Start, Run ( Type ) Services.Msc [Enter]
Locate the Windows Time entry, Right Click, Click Properties &
then set Startup type: Disabled.
After a reboot, XP will not attempt to synchronize your clock.

Dub click your time in the lower right corner, in the box that pops up,
click the internet time tab and uncheck the automatic synchronize time box.
