W32Blaster Worm

DIEU PHAN

Dear Sirs,
My computer is infected by Blaster Worm. After applying
all measures instructed by some specialists, I notice the
file A0010329.exe is quarantined. What does this file
mean. May I delete this file. How to remove this virus.
