W32.Swen.A@mm Windows Update

I keep getting "Windows Updates" which contain the virus W32.Swen.A@mm I
eliminate them using my mail washer. The Antivirus takes care of the rest.
But how can I stop receiving them? I get about 10 a day...

Not much you can do about. You are already using a mail washer. A lot of
people are getting the same emails.
Keep you antivirus up to date and your firewall on.
