W32.pinfi virus....who will rid me of this beast?

Hi all,
Having had grateful assistance in ridding my computer of the blaster worm, I
now have had, over the last few days, countless emails with rabid file
attachments. Norton has cleaned all but the W32.pinfi virus which it says
it's unable to clean/delete/quarantine. Does anyone have any ideas of how to
be rid of this malicious beast?
I've bought a new 2003 copy of Norton Virus Checker, with full up-to-date
on-line updates. I've tried a couple of on-line checks by Trendmicro and
Panda, and have trawled the search engines looking for a solution, but
Norton still tells me I have the virus and the information screen takes a
lot to close it.
