Help removing virus (win32.pinfi)

Hi,
I already posted a question about removing a virus, but
still have some questions. Here is a simplified summary:
My laptop (HP ze1210, XP) is frozen with the win32.pinfi
virus (activated after norton detected it.) My entire
computer is frozen, it will start, but no icons show on
the desktop when it boots, only the wallpaper (get message
saying "userinit.exe error") The only keys that respond
are ctrl+alt+delete, but even then task manager won't
run. I have been told that a tool from Panda software can
fix the problem, and let me back into my desktop. The
problem is I can't run any programs, inlcuding CD's. So,
my question is how do I get the program on my computer?
Can I just copy the program to a CD, then boot off of
that? I do not have a floppy drive. If anyone could offer
suggestions, I would appreciate it,
Thanks,
Jon
