I have not been infected as of yet,so should I update the
patch anyway and where is the best site,I have PC-cillin
antivirus & firewall installed,plus Windows firewall
enabled,
any advice would be gratefully recieved,

If you have all current critical updates and security updates installed,
you're already patched.
