W32.Blaster.Worm

I have this worm on my computer. I would like to Download
the fix, but I can't remain on the Internet long enough
for me to do the download. The Internet shuts down in 59
seconds. Can you please tell me how to go about getting
this problem fixed. I have Windows XP Home.
