W2K Workstation Novell Erro msg

CS NOV.Dll msg:

12nov1000:Invalid IPX version or Load TMI2.com before
loading windows Standard mode.


I'm running a Novell Gateway 3.11 and trying to upgrade my
workstation from windows98 to W2K an I'm getting the above
msg. HELP?????
 
try completely removing the nwclient before running the upgrade from win9x
to 2k, as the client verions are totally different. Download the latest one
from http://download.novell.com once you get w2k installed (may i suggest
doing a fresh install, would be much better than an inplaceupgrade).
