W2K workstation keeps rebooting when you try to shut down??

I have a W2K workstation here that keeps rebooting when you go to shut it down.
If you go to start -> shut down -> choose shut down from the drop down menu
-> and then click ok. It reboots! Does this every time and has been happing
for the last week. Any suggestions?

Something get set that way in the bios?
