Hello,

Clean installation, setup CD goes through the motions
until it stops with "The File Ibrtfdc.sys is corrupted"
and setup stops. Changed to a different hard drive still
the same.. Installed in to another box worked fine.. Any
help will be appreciated

Ok, checked Ram and reinstalled in another slot. Setup
now continued but stops at "ntfs.sys" is corrupted. Will
try to re-format for the 10th time. Any Help will be
appreciated. Pat

It might be bad RAM, so that the copy and expand operation that happens
during install results in corrupted files. RAM is used during this
procedure.

It could also be that CD drive in the non-working machine has problem
reading your CD.

Where does the file Ibrtfdc.sys come from? I cannot find any reference to a
driver with this name, anywhere.

Best regards

Bjorn
