W2k Svc Pack 4 trouble

Anybody know why after installing Svc Pack 4, which
installed ok, the ATT worldnet dialer program doesnt work
anymore. The connect.exe fails after connecting with the
remote mode. Works fine with Svc 3 or below.

Total aberration.

Remove and reinstall.
