Is there still an issue with installing SP4 on a W2K terminal server?

There are several TS related Post-SP4 hotfixes, so I'd only install it if

A. It's a new machine you're buildin

or

B. You're having a problem that SP4 will fix (otherwise install on a test machine or make sure you have a reliable backup
