W2K+SP4: why don't I have IntelliMirror?

I can't find anything about IntelliMirror and User Profile saving
in my computer.
I would like to be able to save users' profile but find nothing on
how to specifically do that.

Does user profile include all user's details such as all detailed
settings of applications? For example, all newsgroup subscriptions
in Outlook Express, all acounts, address book, calendar, etc in
Outlook 2000 (+SP3)?

If not, are there other means to save ALL these details?

I don't see anything in my computer about:
"MS Office 2000 Profile Wizard", even though I did full installation.

Where would I find "Save My Settings Wizard" for Office 2000?

Thanks,
David

You're asking in the wrong group. Ask them in one of the office groups. Also
know that Outlook Express is not part of office system.

IntelliMirror is part of Windows 2000, not Office.
My specific use of it is for Office but it is suppose
to be a general user data management tool.
