W2k SP4 setup error

Running w2k SP4 and get error message "An error in
updating your system has occured."
Looking into svcpack.log file shows an error message
verifysize: unable to verify size : source = NULL
C:\winnt\oem9.cat

Any ideas?

Me too but filename is OEM29.log.

I'm also having touble with the System Installer and a
file called "celue.exe" which it is trying to load. I
deleted this thinking it may be a virus becuase the
firewall detected it trying to connect out.

Since then I haven't been able to run any .EXE programs.

Weird...

Me too but error is from VerifySize: Unable to verify
size: Source = NULL: c:\winnt\oem34.cat.

I have two other machines with 2k on them: one with SP3
(haven't try sp4 yet) and one with sp4 but was with a new
install from scratch.

Any ideas???
