W2K Repair

Chris

I had to replace a motherboard and proc on my W2k
machine. When I try to boot, the system hangs
at ...MUP.sys. I have tried to run the W2K repair and it
still hangs at the same place. Is there a work around
that will allow the PC to boot so that I can then upgrade
to XP Pro?
