You can use the Administrative Tools there is one version that can be
installed on Windows2000 (also included at Windows 2000 Server CD and in
%windir%\System32\adminpack.msi) There is another version that can be
installed on Windows XP (also inluced at the Windows Server CD and in
%windir%\System32\adminpack.msi)
Administrative Tools can also be downloaded from Microsoft.com
Sure. Of course it depends on exactly what you wish to
accomplish but the first place to look is in your DC's System32
directory for: AdminPak.MSI
Install this on any machine you wish to use as a management
console; it includes the tools normally found on a DC after install.
It even has a few extra's that are sometimes useful on DCs.
