W2K - Cannot login - keyboard not responsive

Bob

Hi there,

I was unable to boot my machine due to a driver problem and reinstalled
(repaired) from the CD. Now I cannot logon because the keyboard is not
responsive and I cannot give my password at the login screen. The keyboard
does work in the recovery console and installation. The mouse is responsive
and I can reboot the machine, and I might be able to login if I could blank
the administrator password from the recovery console but I don't see how to do
that. Any help appreciated.

Yes. The keyboard worked during install. It works with the recovery console.
It works with another OS. It worked with W2K until I reinstalled Windows.
