W2003 RRAS Unable to send email

Have just setup a w2003 server with RRAS and POP3 service. Clients can
receive mail from internal and external senders, and send mail to an account
on the server, but are unable to send email to an external domain. A message
comes straight back saying 'none of your accounts are able to send email' no
mention of relaying.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Pete.

We need more information to help.Does the server also DC? do you have two NICs in the server? or post the result of ipconfig /all here.

Thanks for the response Robert.

This was a user problem (as in me!) I hadn't configured SMTP to accept mail
from the internal ip range.

Thanks again.

Pete.
