Exchange & RRAS

I have a 2000 server that is running exchange 2003. When I configure and
start RRAS, Exchange quits responding (receiving and sending mail). The
server has internal and external NICS and both exchange and RRAS are
configured to use the external NIC. Both nics point to their respective
gateways(internal on the 10.0.0.x net and external to the 192.168.1.x net.

Any thoughts on why Exchange quits running and what the soultion would be?

RRAS does not like multiple gateway settings. The only gateway setting on
the RRAS server should be out to the Internet from the external interface.
Setting a gateway on the private side interface can prevent Internet access
from the LAN.
