W Explorer won't recognize USB flash drive

What do you do to get windows explorer to recognize a USB
flash memory drive under WINDOWS XP Pro? Refresh doesn't
force it. Sometimes it shows up, usually it doesn't.
I'm baffled....bob

The only time I've experinced similar problems is with a fussy
usb port. You might want to try another USB port to see if that
resolves the issue. If it never showed up that's a different
problem. You can also try wiggling the connector to see if it
"shows up" all of a sudden.
