w 2000 admin password

A user who left the company left and changed the
Administrator and all the accounts password. Is there a
way to override the Admin password without reinstalling?

Is this on a domain? If so just connect to it with the domain admin account
and reset permissions. There are many post in here for resetting a admin
password.
