vxdsrv.exe is spyware and I can't remove it or block it

This happened about a week ago and Beta1 can't get rid of
it. Can anyone help with a suggestion??
 
I have run a full system scan over 15 times in safe mode
and although it always says the Spyware has been removed,
the start up page which is usually msn becomes "about
blank" Then pop ups about casinos, gambling,
antispyware, etc keep coming
