VX2 Cleaner 2.0

I already have lavasoft, I downloaded and installed VX2 Cleaner 2.0 but don't
know what to do next. thanks for any help from anybody.

I have a file on desktop 'vx2cleaner_inst', which installed vx2
cleaner.
I have some temporary internet files and the following files with the name
of vx2, none of which can be run.
VX2CLEANER_INST.EXE-03B4066E.pf
vx2cleaner.dlx vx2cleaner.dll vx2cleaner . these 3 are plugin files.

so I still don't know how to run VX2 cleaner.

"How 2 use VX2 cleaner. = start adware, click on 'adds on' button on
right side, u will see VX2 cleaner in main window. double click on it to run
it.

my question is that although I could run vx2 cleaner but it's icon was
marked by a red cross. why is that. thanks a lot for any help
