VsTskMgr.exe

Hi
I was trying to update my Norton Anti-virus software, when the
computer hung-up on me. I get a message VsTskMgr.exe has generated an
error....then it gets hung-up. Whats my problem and how can I fix? Any
help will be appreciated

Hello Tia,

The VsTskMgr.exe is in relation to the virus scan service that is causing
the problem. Does the event application log show anything more detailed.

Personally I would uninstall the virus scan reboot and re-install it. Once
done, update it again and see if the same problem occurs.
