VSS (Volume Shadow Copy Services)

I receice the following error in event viwer:

Event ID 8193
Volume shadow copy service error: Unexpected error calling
routine CoCresteinstance. hr = 0x80040206.

I do have this service diisabled in services. I also have
3 other PC's and they are disabled as well, but I do not
get this error.

Any Ideas?

This is usually caused by a problem in the COM+ Event System (which
causes a subsequent error in VSS/NTBackup). Most likely COM+ failed to
install on your machine.

Please check the Application event log for COM+ errors...
