VPN wizard messed up

I am trying to set up a VPN so:
I click set up a new network in Network Connections
I then check the box for "Connect to the Network at my
Workplace" and click next.
Well...I can't go any further after that. The two
choices are greyed out and I cannot contiue.

Any help would be appreciated.

Please make sure that the "Remote Access Connection Manager" service is
running. Go to start ->Run ->Services.msc and start this service if it is
not already running. If you face problems starting this service, refer to KB
article 329441.
