VPN through XP

Trying to setup a VPN from one system to another. On the
one end, I have XP pro, and it's behind a linksys
router. The other end, is XP home, and it too is behind
a linksys router. How can I setup the connection from
the one system to the other, on the routers? I know that
both have to have the connections setup, through Network
and dial-up connections, and both have to have setting
enabled on the router, but what settings? Port
forwarding?

Thanks guys!

Chris

On both routers forward TCP Port 1723 to the private LAN IP of the VPN server PC and the VPN client
PC. Also enable "PPTP Pass Through" on each router.

Got that. Still not working. Can I for a test, enter my
own IP address, to see if it will connect?

It will just sit there at the ip address. Doesn't get
past that.

Anything else?
