VPN "Site to Site" With Windows 2000 or Windows 2003

Hi,

I need to know how can I connect my cooporate network with a branch office
network using the Internet with VPN Server W2K3


NETWORK 1 ---- W2K3.VPN ---------INTERNET TUNNEL---------W2K3.VPN ----
NETWORK 2

Is this possible ?

If yes , Could I do that with Windows 2000 ?

How ?

Perhaps OT, but my preference is to do this via firewalls (such as
Sonicwall) in each location rather than making Windows handle it. For
security purposes as well as resource use.
