I need to know is it possible for me to configure WIN 2000 Professionalb as a VPN Server?
 
u cannot configure windows 2000 pro as VPN server only windows 2000 server cna be configured as VPN server.

There may be third party packages that will let you do it. Must admit
I haven't looked. But Win2kPro won't do it out of the box.
