VPN not updating roaming profile

Hello,

I have a user on a laptop (WindowsXP) connecting to a
Windows2000 server through VPN. The laptop when using VPN
does not pull the roaming profile (which is only about
15megs of info. But when the laptop is here at the office
it can connect to the roaming profile with no problems.
Anybody know what is missing?

Do you log in to RAS at the ctrl-alt-del prompt or after you are already
logged in?
