VPN error 733 help?

I have a Windows XP Pro SP1 computer at home behind a Netgear FM144P router
plugged into DSL. I use No-IP.org for a dynamic IP. The Netgear says it has
VPN pass through. I set it to forward port 1723 to my computer. I setup the
incoming connection, set it to allow VPN, and picked a user.

At work I also have a Windows XP Pro SP1 computer. I can connect to my home
computer using Remote Desktop just fine but the VPN connection doesn't work.
It returns the 733 error. Have I forgotten something?

I had DHCP installed and enabled but I couldn't get it to work until I had
the VPN server assign a specific address instead. That fixed it :)
